I've installed 2 sets of these (in 2 separate XJs). No complaints other than they are a little bit more work than just slapping them in. They reuse the factory metal body. You could also get rubber mounts ($22 for the pair on ebay) & spray them with silicone to protect them from oil breaking them down.
They are available in black too.

I had a pair of those and the driver side melted due to close proximity to exhaust.

Have found that Omix-ADA brand is one of the better options for stock replacement. $12 each, left and right motor mount are identical.

I'm sure you've heard that the OEM design is poor and, coupled with the equally poor design of the exhaust manifold, causes the manifold to crack.
I'm sure you also expected at least one person to try to get you to look at Brown Dog When I rev'ed the engine by hand from the engine bay with my old OEM mounts, the engine would rock (ie: poor power transfer). Now that I've installed BD, the front of my Jeep rocks.

Stinky Fab Offroad makes some bomber mounts, same kind as Brown Dog. I installed some stock replacement mounts a while ago, only to find out that they where bad after just 3 months. I have a complete drivetrain mount package, engine mounts and transmission mounts, and honestly couldn't be happier.

I'm getting a really bad idle vibe while in gear after I installed a 1" TC drop spacers. Hopefully, a new pair of motor mounts will fix it. I Just installed a new transmission mount too but that didn't work.
