Burning in my mind. Right across the street in cvs parking lot they have a PERFECT pile to climb. I just want to climb, take a pic, and go. But if a cop sees, what's the worst they can do??

Tell you not to. As long as you're not being destructive you're fine. If they give you a ticket you can fight it and get off since it's not illegal.
Took my wife up to AC Moore last month and had 3 of the store workers come out to watch as I climbed a snow pile in their parking lot. They loved it.

They can yes, but they can't write some outrageous ticket. I was saki g more of what they could "claim" I was doing wrong

i bet they could write a wreckless driving ticket for that if they are just looking to screw you. which can be jail time. but if the cop is not up tight he would just tell you to not do that. i say its a 70% you get told not to do it, 30% they write you some kind of ticket.

No prob just trying to keep keeping alive and that means wheeling everywhere we can. To many people let them get away with tickets for no reason just be safe

i almost drifted into a cop last night.. he turned his lights on. i rolled up to him, rolled my window down and said "its pretty cold out tonight huh officer hart?" he said "you bet it is bud, does your mom know your out doin this?" Me " she sure does" Officer Hart, " ok buddy be carefull out here and keep your heater on" Me " ok thanks officer Hart, you have a good night." you gotta love small towns.. pulled over 12 times all warnings.. cops can and will TRY to do what ever they want. u just got to talk to them like there people not like there cops. but for climbing a snow pile. you will be fine.
