Punch it out? Drill it out? Tap it? Or thread a new bolt...?

Drill it out so it's a clean hole, then refasten with a grade 8 bolt, not and washer.

Should I go bolt and lock washer set up or weld it on???

Well... i got it drilled out. Now to decide if i want to Weld a bolt underneath or just go with a bolt and lock washer type set up. what do you guys think?

Okay guys. for tomorrow. Should i weld a bolt on and make it a stud? or just bolt it and nut it. And call it good ?

My opinion would be to use a bolt and nut instead of welding it, that away should it break again it'll be easier to remove.

Alright. I can't get my welder to work right any ways so now I'll waiting for the paint to dry( rust prevention )
