What to listen for/look for after driving with low oil.

What to listen for/look for after driving with low oil.
Okay so I was waiting to pick someone up and decided to check my oil, and it was a little below the add line. Which is weird because it was fine a week or two ago, so I have no idea where its going. Anyway I added a quart almost immediately, but I don't know if I hurt my 4.0. What should I keep an eye out for?

I dont have a radio, but I do have an oil leak. and to be honest you can hear the difference after awhile.

I think I might have an oil leak that runs along the lower radiator hose...I thought it was power steering fluid, now I think otherwise.
