Default What do you think of my new two tone paint?

Painted the bottom half of my jeep black the other day, and I love how it turned out, what does everyone else think? It didn't take me long at all and I used Rustoleum Professional rattle can paint (which is awesome stuff, I have it on my bumpers and trees cant seem to scrape it off)

PS: Ignore my busted tailight and missing mirror haha

I dig it. how did you go about doing your prep work? I think it looks good except I woulda painted the space around the rear license plate
and not to be hyper critical but your front fender is not flush with your grill and it's causing my OCD to act up

I kind of like the red around the license plate, breaks up the black a bit, but my opinion

I like it too, I left the gas door red on the driver's side too so it kinda goes with that

didn't sand at all, just wiped down with rubbing alcohol before spraying. and yeah, the grill is higher than the body line, but I painted right along the line so its a little goofy

Just noticed, you may want to take care of that exhaust before it gets torn off.

It actually already did haha, I reattched it but I just haven't gotten a new hanger for the tailpipe yet

I like the red around the plate, too. Also liking the red sport logo now. You should paint your grill red!

you really should've at least scuffed it down with scotchbrite. it was just the lower half it probably would have taken an hour

It was already custom scuffed from trees, rocks, and sticks on most of it haha. I figure I can always just respray if it starts to flake, not terribly worried about looks, just think the two tone looks cool

Looks good, I have been thinking about doing that with mine for a long time. I just haven't figured out what to do about the door & hatch jams.
