Well today and yesterday I got my flares/armor from affordable offroad on.

The fronts went on fine but I had a terrible time with the rears. The flare is mostly flat and the body of the jeep has a decent curve to it. Didn't matter what I did, I couldn't get them on. I eventually gave up and called the company to see if there was anything else to try. After a few phone calls and sending some pictures they actually sent the guy who designed them down to take a look! We eventually got them on after some tweaking. Hows that for customer service!

Thanks man. I don't know what I expected when I called but it sure wasn't that. They got me as a customer whenever I need parts.

I got rear-ended on my way home from work today. The Jeep is fine. In fact you can't tell that anything happened. The car that hit me is a different story.

R/Red the header, drivers side motor mount and transmission mount. Passenger side mount is coming up so just waiting on a part.

Wound up having an exhaust leak right after restarting. Snugged up the lower center manifold bolts and it went away.

Makes me think about buying them for my 2 door as well. Would need to request they raise and extend the front flare to the front corner more though with having my axle pushed forward a hair I trimmed it pretty far.

I don"t know how much customizing they do, but if you call the shop the guy who designs the flares is zach. He's the guy to talk to about that.

Saw a really good looking Blue '99 limited in the car park at work. It was clean and stock with tan leather and even the load cover was intact. I'd have taken pics but it was dark. You don't see too many of them around here these days, it was nice to see another one
