Went to measure for a driveshaft and I'm changing the oil and it looks like I need a transfercase seal. Anybody know if the advanced adapters sye uses stock bearings and seals? I want to rebuild the whole case but don't know if everything is stock and don't want to pull it apart till I'm 100% sure I have everything I need.

Anybody know if it's the same size seal and bearing?

LOVE the baby pic! It was something different and caught me offguard than seeing Jeep parts all up in here! Starting the little tike early with the wheeling - good for you man!

Those look sweet! I ordered nutstrips from JCR when I installed my bumper and they look just like these.

Yesterday had to change my break pads and rotors. They were REALLY in bad shape! I held off with the drums (but not too long - they're shot) as I want to make a disc brake conversation soon.

Yeah, these needed to go asap.

They do the job and it was relatively cheap.

When in doubt, measure: 9" drums it is.

May I suggest black magic brakes conversion?(love mine) There's also someone on here who pieces together used ZJ stuff. That's great if you're on a budget and don't mind used stuff.

With all the light hate I am scared to mention what i did to mine

I did the Putco/E-code H4 conversion a long time ago and loved it. Unfortunately as good as they are they didn't give enough light to get to one of my favorite night time walleye fishing spots. I decided to pick up a cheap Chinese light bar to see if it would d the trick till I could afford a good light bar. This evening after doing a bunch of running around I got the light bar mounted. It was getting dark so I just ran the light directly to the battery for a test, and yup it should throw enough light while off road, but there is no way in hell I would ever turn it on while driving on the road. Zero cut off and because of the flood/spot combination it throws light every where.

OK go ahead and hate on the cheap light bar, but being that I am in the midst of moving closer to work and having just paid first and last months rent, I didn't have the $2500 they charge for Rigid 50" curved light bar so this will do till it burns out or I get the money to replace it. Even then if it is still working I may just re-purpose it.

Removed the plastic trim around the left rear hatch strut mount/stud to take pictures and access it to assess if it was removable. Took pictures and posted query to forum regarding the damaged strut mount/stud.
Replaced the plastic trim.
Removed spare tire from cargo area and put it in roof rack, then chained and locked it in place to slow down thieves and prevent it from sliding around up there. Tomorrow, install cargo net behind rear seat to prevent emergency braking or accident from allowing cargo items from becoming front seat items.
