Fixed the rattling noise. I was driving then suddenly I felt rattling/clicking vibes on the floor. Pulled over and checked the rotating parts. I initially thought it would be the harmonic balancer separating or something. Checked the engine, looked fine. Felt my hand on various parts. Noticed strong vibes coming from the t case. So I investigated around the t case. I thought the chain was rubbing on the case inside, but decided to check down more anyway. The rattling felt in sync with the misfiring on the engine so I checked the tailpipe. Turns out there's a pebble that somehow got wedged in between the exhaust pipe and the trans crossmember. I took the pebble out, and all is quiet again.

Threw together a rear cargo box to help with organization when my wife and I are camping out of the Jeep for a week at a time. 1/2 inch ply covered in cheap carpet. Took about 2.5 hours and $30.

Finally got her all bolted back up after the cylinder head replacement, drove her for a while to shake everything down, great to have her back on the road again!

I always thought that was more of a Chevy thing...
No, I don't lick fish.
I see what ya did there.
Hooked the switch panel to the old radio circuits (I had the adapter harness from an aftermarket stereo that I cannibalized to use.) tapped the ignition 12v and the illumination wires.

I Realized I bought wrong type of switch for the e fan override so I ordered a DPDT switch.

The F was to see how well the overhangs would do with the support structures for that piece. It turned out pretty well. Sky's the limit on what I could put there. I think in my final print it will be the logo for the Python programming language.
With the glue on the print bed cleaned up, a smaller layer height, and a slightly slower print speed the appearance will be pretty awesome. With an acetone vapor bath, the piece will take on a glassy appearance which is what I want in my final print.
As it is, though, you could beat someone to death with that shifter and the **** would not break or loosen.

Had to give my starter a "love tap" to get home last night...had to give it another 2 to get to work...now it's raining, hope it doesn't need one to get home. Then I plan on replacing the starter and adding an aux tranny cooler.
