Do you have a link to that? Only one that I found has a $400 core charge for the original shaft.

scroll to the bottom of http://4xshaft.com/SYE_detail.asp and click on 242-HD. The other two 242 kits are the modified shafts, the HD is a 32-spline shaft that is machined from scratch for TW.

Very nice!! I am considering the linkage that Bleep-in-Jeep showed on a video a while ago Link;
But that looks very solid. Let us know how well it works.

I made two if anybody wants one. But I still got to modify the little metal tab the comes off the transfer case that connects to linkage. Then it'll be done

I was about to mention that. Getting direct linkage to work properly can be tricky. Supposedly there is a tab from a different vehicle that is a direct fit for this application. However, it seems most folks modify the shift tab exiting chassis, instead of the TC tab.
The reason modification is needed seems to be that the 'throw' (distance lever travels from indexing once) differs from TC tab and chassis tab. The two throw distances need to be equaled.

Ugh, I have been battling that. New lower control arms, new hub bearings, new torsion bar (need longer for the lift anyway), new tie rod... it gotten better but not gone yet.
