What engine is yours? Just plug it into autozone or some other parts provider and it will tell you.

no the belt configuration is different i took out the ac and put the alternator up top so the belt needs to be shorter

Wrap a string around the pulleys.
Remove string.
Measure string.
Buy belt based on the measurement.
Done.

Take a piece of string and route it around the pullies and mark it, that will give you the ballpark measurement of the belt you need.

i was thinking just use the old belt and measure what is left and thats the size i need then right? same thing ?

String will get you the closest measurement
