Upholster Driver Seat

I'm about to see at 2001 Sport that has a tear in the driver seat and a stain on the passenger seat. Jeep pix look good otherwise. 100k on the clock.
What is a fair value of the Jeep?

why would it depend on where he lives?
It really depends on what condition the jeep is in.
I would pay about 4000 for it. No more. It has 100K on it!

because what is considered a nice jeep where you live might not be a nice one here. everything depends on where you live, just like the housing economy. 300k house where you live is a little less then 100k here.

5k jeep here could be 3500 there. jeeps are very very expensive here where i live because its a beach town. if it says jeep, double the price is what my car dealer buddies say and they can sell them like that.

I live in Nebraska and these kind of Jeeps are around but no too many. The Jeep I'm talking about they are asking $3800. I'm thinking of offering $3300.00 and see where that goes. I'll know after I see the Jeep in person.
