Trying to find a everyday driver Jeep.

Jeep95 02-02-2011 09:42 PM

That white one sounds like it'd be awesome. It all depends on what you want. And personally if it was me and I was only gonna drive it everyday on the roads and nothing else I'd get the black one. Better gas mileage and everything else. But I'd personally would rather have the white one. Where I could veer off road whenever I felt like it. And take it out to the trails and feel comfortable offroad.

Edit: Definately try to talk em down on the white one. I didn't look at the prices the first time I saw em.

Too much money for the white one.

If you have the $ to buy the white one then I would buy the black one and upgrade it yourself.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have a contact who says he has one for sale, I'm going to follow that avenue.

I'm not entirely sure, I haven't got an email back from the guy yet :/

i say asking to much for either one of them just from reading different things on here about the prices people have bought their xj's for i know there is the thread going around how much did you pay for your xj maybe read some on there and get an idea on pricing for one also think what you want to use the xj for

rideordie66 02-03-2011 07:28 PM

get the white one but talk em down a few grand.

Phatwitaph 02-03-2011 07:38 PM

I like most people. always prefer to buy vehicles completly stock, that way when you start upgrading it and jerry rigging stuff you know exactly whats rigged up. unlike if you bought one already lifted and what not, theres not telling by just looking at it quickly what the previous owner piece to gether with super glue. hah

the white one has some nice upgrades. warn winch is worth a few bux, rubicon express lift isn't cheap, on board air...

visual inspection would be my deciding factor.

Here is a clean one with super low miles and the owner has done a fresh upkeep on it.
