If you're that concerned about scratches, pick up a few cans of clear Plasti Dip and coat both sides before you leave, then peel it off when you get home. If it's applied correctly it will protect against brush, sticks, and most branches but not rocks, boulders, and flops. You could also buy a couple rolls of that clear bra film but buying rolls large enough to cover both sides of your XJ is arguably more expensive than just having your Jeep repainted after each trip.

Also, there is a difference between wheeling and thrashing. Battle scars are a badge of honor, destroying something for the sake of destruction is asinine and juvenile, but that's just my opinion.

Well, someone has to ask. What's the specs on the lift and tires? 4.5" and 31's?
|
Lift info
It's 4.5 zone lift..which I highly recommend by the way...it's the add a leaf..I also, put a 3/4 inch front coil spacer in ...put a rugged ridge sye.and 32 inch BFG AT tires..on rugged ridge wheels. 15x8 3.75 bs....also put a rough country rear drive shaft ..rides great..better than stock..jeep faster on takeoff too ..if that makes sense..
