tire/rim problem, need advice!
Any help will be appreciated.
Here goes:
Just last week I ordered a set of 4 TrXus M/Ts (31x10.50x15) mounted on a set of 15x8 ProComp RockCrawler d-window steelies from JCWhitney.
The tires arrived a few days ago, and I took them out to my buddy' shop to throw them on the balancer, just out of bored curiosity. As soon as I took the first one out, it had 2 4oz. weights on the inside of the rim. That was a big ol' flashing red warning light for me. So I spun it, and with weights and all, it was still 4oz. off on the inside, and 5oz. off on the outside. So i carefully took the weights and the tire off of the rim, and spun the bare rim, just to see what i was dealing with. Well this supposedly "brand new" wheel is wayy out of true, it spins like a warped bicycle rim.
I didn't get a chance to spin the other 3 because I had to leave, though i looked at them, and the 2nd and 3rd rim each had 1 4oz. weight on the inside and the 4th had .5oz. on the inside as well.
My question is as follows: Should I call JCW and have them replace the rims because they are out of true and completely unbalanced? I'm just wondering what the protocol is as far as resolving my issue.
Any help is welcome, i'd like to come out of this relatively unscathed, and crucially not any poorer than I already am.

Great so they replacing your other New junk with more New Junk. What will you do if the new is junk also. I would have been talking to them about a different brand possibly.

Stryker ~ I thought about that. They had just better replace them until I have a good set.
Gunshow ~ I was hoping I could sell the other ones but there's no way they were gonna let me keep em.
