Default Tire problems

I have had my 98 Cherokee for a couple of year's know. I have had to put 3 set's of tires on it cause they keep going out of round. I am using the stock tire size. What could this problem be??

X2! Bad ball joints (especially the upper ones) will most likely cause this!
