Default Are these 1979 F250 axles desirable?

I found an ad on CL: (not sure if I can post the link) I will post the content below:

Subject: 1979 Ford F250 Dana 44 Dana 60 - $800

Content:
1979 Ford F250 long bed. Has a Dana 44 front axle and a Dana 60 rear. 8 lug, high pinion, wedge mounts. King pin on leaf springs. NP 205 transfer case.
Truck has no motor. Call or text for pictures.

I've heard I should plan to dump the D35 for my application. Would the axles listed above be the cat's meow? If so, I can go take a look see tomorrow. If I go, what should I look for to make sure they are legit and the ones I want?

Thanks yall!

If they are F250 axles they are what I'm running and they are fine for about a 37 but that discription makes no sense. Wedge mounts came on F150s and Broncos and didn't use leaf springs and D44 wouldn't have king pins, that'd be a D60 front.
