Anyway, I run 2.63" weld on ballistic joints on the frame end of my long arms. After going through much abuse they were ready for some new spanner nuts. (the ones that basically hold the joint together)
I talked to Dave about getting a couple to replace mine. No problem, got a price, was gonna wait til pay day. in the meantime about 2 days later, I got a package of sticker and skulls!
so the next week, I was ready to order. Talked to Dave, parts were at the plater. no problem, if I get them in the next couple days I can replace them and be ready saturday.
I got a little nervous monday when they were still there. Figured I was out for the weekend. But when I got home yesterday, (thursday) I had a nice brown package from Ballistic!!
After pricing them and talking to Dave, he decided to just send them out to me to get me set. This is customer service, and what will make the difference the next time I need joints, or anything else he sells for that matter.
Dave, thank you again for getting these out. Now just to figure out where to weld my skulls hmmmmmmmmmm
