Super Bowl Pre Game - My Shop Is on!
I'm only an employee, but this past week has been a media blitz at work. We made the goals for Met Life Stadium and TV, newspapers, magazines, news services have been swarming around filming and taking pics of how the goals are made. Pretty cool!
I believe there will be a piece on the pre game show featuring us......

When we made them, I wrote my daughter's name on the inside of the goals. She's a sports fan and I thought she would get a kick out of it....

Yea I know what you mean about the media blitz, my cousin works at the factory where they make the little twist ties that secure the plastic bags that the hot dog buns come in.
Some of those twist ties will be on the bags that hold buns that will be served with hot dogs at the Super Bowl today.
They were over run with reporters and cameras this week.

Please accept my apologies if I posted in the wrong forum. It's a stretch, but the shop I work in has been responsible for many of the mods to my XJ. Without the perk of being able to use the facilities and sometimes it's personnel, I would not have attempted most of my mods/fabs....
And as luck would have it, what was "filmed" by FOX was never aired. The local papers & TV stations covered it and it made the front page on some of them....
I'll chalk this up to another senior moment of mine......
