Default Strange new noise. Please help!

This just started yesterday. I only notice this at low rpm's. When I start out in drive I noticed a sound coming from the rear I think. It almost sounds like a vacuum leak either trying to get air or blowing air out. It sounds like when you blow up a balloon and let it go. I did notice that my charcoal canister line rotted away. When I give it gas the sound gets louder and then dissipates with higher rpm's. No lights came on. And it seems to drive the same. Are there any vacuum lines back there that could be causing this noise?
I have a 99 xj 4x4 auto 8.25 rear axle running 32x10.50x15 1" tc drop.

thanks
doug

The noise was my brake line. The bracket broke off in the rear of the jeep and the rest of the line was loose all the way to the front. It was making a horrible vibration noise that I never heard before. A couple zip ties and I am back in action.
