Someone tried jacking my ride! :-(
One of my older Grand Marquis had a kill switch hidden under the carpet next to the driver door. Just stepped on it to activate/deactivate it. Without it, that car would have been ridiculously easy to steal. All you needed was a butter knife bent at a ninety degree angle to pry open the vent window, so you could reach inside to unlock it.

i have used kill switches in the past but now I use a Truck lock. (larger brother to the Auto Lock)..it locks your brake pedal or clutch pedal solid...(not a stupid steerng wheel lock AKA Club)...somewhat hard to defeat for the average punk...if it is night and they just slide into the drivers seat and not see it there they no doubt will knock their shin on it and IT HURTS..ask me how I know....anyway if they wanted it bad enough they will get it and at least someone peering in seeing the brake lock will move on to the next victim..just a thought and glad they didnt get yours
