Default so I added some sweet HF recovery to the rear of my xj

My awesome harbor freight receiver shackle! I love it, it's so well built and rugged!






I think this thing can handle anything check out the dual tabs each with welds along the whole outside it's great! 10k weight rating too!


















.... so if you took me serious shame on you... I picked it up for under $10 awhile back not really paying attention to how crap it actually was (I'm not sure what I was thinking)I ended up planning to gusset it and my sister BF took it to work with him to "weld it up"

he comes back with this solid welded around and inside LOL



then wouldn't let me pay him anything. I could have bought a nice solid one for what $30? but all in all it ended up good for a little less than $10 I have something just as strong.

I did the same thing for my buddy. I also drilled out the hole to run a larger shackle

I HAD the same Harbor Freight hitch... I didn't feel safe with it... ended up going with the tow hook.

Nice welds on that!

Thanks. Lol. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I purchased it. I'm also going to put in a bigger shackle wjen I order my bumper.

I think he did a great job on it I wasn't expecting that mucj I figured a little extra plate and welded up
