Good deal, Krylon Fusion is typicaly what I recommend to folks or Valspar (I think they were recetly bought out by Sherwin Williams, both their plants are down the street from where I work), Clean up with rubbing alcohol or mineral spirits then either spray directly with the color of choice or if you want to get more in depth you can start with a layer of plastic primer then finish it off with some clear.
