Sad Day - Chrysler 8.25 to the Scrap Yard

Try as I may, try as I might... I am taking a Corporate 8.25” to the scrap yard to get pennies per pound. But the good news... just about to install a built up Dana 44. That will be a good day.

Is there any reason that a person would ever want to buy a front and rear Dana 30/35 3.07? Seems like the bottom of the barrel. I think those will go to the scrap yard too.

I sold a Dana 30 with 3.07s once. Once. A stock Wrangler guy bought it.

Why?

Sell the good bits to offset cost. Unless scrap value is greater.

I tried. $50 for a nice cover, lube locker, and the assembly. One person inquired. That was it.
