im just wondering how long the tread life on retreads are and how good they are in general, i can pick up a set of 5 31" goodyear m/t retreads with almost full tread for 350 and am wondering if its worth it or if the tires will wear withing a year. let me know your experience with retreads or just your thoughts and opinions, thanks guys.

 

I would pass on those used retreads, you may open your self upto all kinds of issues with used retreads. Save a little longer and buy new tires, you'll be happier.

 

At $350, you could probably get a new set for not much more from TreadWright.

 

Ive seen retreads have both good and bad endings to there use. So, if it were me, save up a little more and wait to get a good set of what you really wanna use!

 

i ended up getting them, all but one look to be in great shape and that one is in good shape at worst. they were bought from treadwright and dont even have 3k on them so for 350 i figured its worth a shot.
