Today I decided to recover my sound bar that i got from the Junk Yard. First went into the Craft store... Felt complete out of place but... I was looking through at fabrics. (non Homo) and found one that really caught my eye! Not knowing how much to buy... I got the 5yrds they had left of it, so i now had 15ft x 48in of fabric....

I started with this





And ended up with this




And not Stopping there... I moved onto:

my door panels! Call me stright Red neck! But i think it looks kinda cool! Its gonna go REALLY well with my Desert Tan (flat) paint job when i do it!

I may have to put a headline back into my XJ just so i can cover that to!

So whatca guys think?

I think it looks tough. X2 on the headliner it would look sweet with everything matching. Any plans for painting the grey pieces brown later?

 

Well when i decided to do the pannels i didnt think that far in advance... thinking if i can find a JY XJ with the tan interior. i will get some of the parts to match my pannels. I have a feeling ive created a monster switching the pannels... Now ima want is ALL to match. Im already planing on the Desert Tan paint job for the outside
