re gear ?
What type of money am I talking about? Going from 355 to 456. Dana 30 and Chrysler 8. 25. I'm talking new gears and whatever else is need. I know this has been ask a lot. I'm going from stock height to 4. 5 inch lift with 32 inch tires. What should I expect if I do not re gear? How much power loss? and fuel mileage?

Depending on your area minimum of a grand and 1500 on the high end. There is a power loss going to 32s but not a whole lot. It's the constant tranny shifting that gets old and it'll wear out your tranny over time.

I'm on 33's now with stock gears. I really don't have much of a problem with power loss. Gas mileage is pretty bad though. I'm regearing axles now (4.56), gears and install kits, air locker, spartan for 8.25, & air compressor for $1,800. Gears & installs are probably $500.00, $250/axle min. For install, & I have to pull axles & drop them off. More $ to install air locker. I'm in Buffalo NY by the way.
