I looked at those arms I think they internally threaded so you can adjust them to lenght. With out a lock nut they will twist for better articulation.I have the JKS arms on mine thats how those work.
Thanks. How much were the JKS? I think these RC are a great price. Wish they were the x-flex.
I got them at Quadratec they were 368.00 shipped for the lowers shipped to my door.
Ah. I just looked them up. They look nice! I see what you mean too about swiveling them for more adjustment. I think these RCs may work out well for me.

Not to bring this back from the dead but I'm having issues with the same lower adj control arms you're asking about. If I were you I would go with the new rough country x-flex adj ca's because they have a lock nut that will secure the adjustablity of them. The problem I'm having with mine that they make a lot of noise. It took me a little bit to figure out what it was, but every time I hit a pot hole or road bump I get unpleasant noises in the cab that annoy the hell out of me. Plus the new x-flex ca's are only $180. I'm actually thinking about welding mine just so they stop chattering.
Is anyone else having these issues with the old style adj ca's? |
No worries. I ordered them from JCW and I got the x-flex instead! Drop ship from RC, and for less than RC too. :brows:
