So i think when i was cleaning mine i mightve spun that little nipple thing... What bad does that do...?

 

A spin should not result in damage. Just best when cleaning to not be pushn and pullin. I use carb or brake clean and tooth brush. (usually someone elses toothbrush, lololol) Add a little lube to that oring when reinstall to help prevent pinch of the oring.
