Wink Phantom Hose

I found a hose on my 1991 Jeep Cherokee that comes from the front Axle and has broken off near the front driver side wheel. Must be an air/vacuum line since there is no fluid/oil leaking from it.
it's about 3/8 size. black rubber.
Can someone point me in the right direction where this should be connected? I have been under the Jeep and I cannot find where is should connect up.
Thanks

Top of the front diff on the left side. It's a vent hose.
