I sand blasted mine on both sides and used a straight urethane automotive rather than the base/clear option. I painted inside the rim as well to prevent rust formation.

Blast and powder coat in my part of the country is $50.00 per wheel. I can blast and paint them with auto paint for about $10.00 per wheel.

I did mine Yesterday, but not stock, they were d windows. Ill do before and after. I just Posted a write up on this so go check it out! Step by step with all supplies and everything.
