So as the title says, my jeep got paintballed. It has been through the manual hand spray car wash a few times. However there are almost like little grease circles all over my hood and my roof. at the center of every little splotch is a small speck of green paintball. The clear coat on my xj is non exsistant so i fear this oily-ness from the paintballs have soaked into my paint. Is there anything i can do?
friends at school. came off of everyone elses pretty good, but they have clearcoat... Really would like to get this out of my paint, its bugging the heck out of me.

If you don't have any clear coat then chances are any solvents you use are going to dig into the base coat and make things worse. You might just have to sand it and shoot fresh over the top to completely fix it.

When i worked at a car wash we had this like bleach like spray that got that off pretty well put you had to scrub to. Dry joy dish soap and scrub at it. That stuff will take an oil stain out of concrete so maybe it will work

Ok. I detail cars for a living, so here's what I would do.
1. Wash it VERY thoroughly.
2. Clay bar it. You don't need to use a ton of force, but definitely be firm. Once the clay bar starts to get really dirty, fold the dirty side in on itself and use one of the clean sides - as soon as that ONE side gets dirty, fold it again. Never flip the clay bar over to use the other side - you'll get two uses out of it and it'll be wasted. Always fold the dirty side in, so you can use it many, many times.
3. Find a good hand polish, Mothers is a good brand. Get a microfiber sponge and go to town. If that's not doing the trick, get an orbital polisher (like $30 at most stores) and use that.
DO NOT DO ANY OF THIS IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Your paint must be cool to the touch. Heat is what expands the pores in the paint, and then when it re-cools, it traps in whatever is on the paint. That's probably why the paintball stuff won't come off - and keep in mind, paintballs are biodegradable so there are no solvents or anything in them. You don't need a solvent or harsh chemical to remove them. Water based cleaners would do the trick if it hadn't embedded itself into your paint already.
If none of this works, you're probably going to need a 3 stage or even 5 stage buff job. It's worth the money if you take it to a professional, but be aware, you may be tempted to avoid getting it dirty for a while because of how good it'll look.
