Try something like this:

These will work if you have a roof rack with thick bars, 1.5-2 inches thick.
You can also weld small tabs with holes in them so you can mount aftermarket KC lights on them. For example, this GOBI rack has some holes drilled so you can bolt up some aftermarket lights:
On my own build, I chose to keep the roof rack and lights separate from one another. I bought my own mounts for my LED light bar from an Ebay source:
For a similar setup for a non-LED light bar light source, you might try this combination of a roof gutter mounting solution and a universal light bracket:

I use this Rage Basket on mine.....

As for lights you didn't specify if you want LED's HID's Halogens or what.
Inexpensive halogens, work really well, knockoff KC's....sand and paint black if desired.
I'll let those that have LED's comment on them. Someday i'll upgrade to them..

I would do a custom built rack but I don't have enough time now that summer is wrapping up. For me it's time to get back all the money of lost by building my jeep! I've heard a lot about those black magic lights they seem like a good deal and in the end their semi cheap from all the other lights I've looked up and I'll most likely get them they fit nicely in my budget. Also nice jeep I'm going to take a guess judging by the pics and say it could be 3.5" inch lift? And are the tires 33 or 34? Correct if I'm wrong but it is a nice rig

Its lifted 4 1/2" on 33x12:50x15's. The Hellas were on sale when I bought them at Jegs for $99 a set (bought 6 sets), on a special email deal I received. I did give one set to my son for his XJ and kept the rest in case of breakage.

That's my next expense is 33's. Do your tires rub a lot is it harder to turn or..?

But no original problems before you hacked out the metal? Right now I have a 3.5" lift and I've heard 33's could fit but it might be tight I just want to make sure I can make a turn when needed.

Anything smaller, and you're going to be so stuffed you need to trim. You'll rub all over the place when turning or making small flexes. The force of the tire will pull on the flare so hard, it'll screw up your entire fender.

Yeah that is seriously probably one of the crappiest ways to earn a guy's respect. If you have nothing to contribute, lay off from posting in the thread. You should consider yourself honored that this man even came to us for advice – he obviously values our opinions.
