newbi here need help installing an engine
Alright so I just bought a jeep cherokee 89 needed to have a motor installed. Had to get different motor mounts and finally dropped her in but when I go to spin the motor to line up the torque converter to flex play it take a massive amount of force to turn with the spark plugs out. When the motor was out it spun fine. The drive lines are disconnected so even if it was in gear those would just spin. I dunno any help here would be awesome

Probably binding up between the trans and flywheel (AW4) trans. Be careful when you put the flywheel bolts in, there is a big wad on the front of the converter that has to go in evenly, or if you **** it and over tighten it it will make a loud BANG when it pops in place, shouldn't harm anything, just scares the crap out of you. Make sure the convertor is all the way in the trans before you bolt the bell housing bolt down. That is the only reason they are spinning together. Good luck
