It's a nice jeep, but this is just crazy. Or maybe I'm not seeing something? 14k???

xjchris 11-11-2012 11:01 PM

4k max.

Jeepineasy 11-11-2012 11:05 PM

I doubt he even has that much into it...

unidentifiedbomb 11-11-2012 11:09 PM

At most I'd give him 7, I think 4 is a little on the low ball side

Jeepineasy 11-11-2012 11:12 PM

The clear coat is gone on the hatch..look close by the hatch glass

Atmos 11-11-2012 11:15 PM

It is a nice jeep. I just love the part where it says "this crawler has been professionally done. second to none... has rough country lift" lmao. but all those parts brand new add up to over $8000. that's before the cost of the jeep and labor

Skyline 11-11-2012 11:20 PM

He probably has that much into the Jeep. Just doesn't know that owning a Jeep is a losing investment.

KotaKid287 11-11-2012 11:27 PM

He'll be lucky to get half that imo, you will never be able to get what you put into a modified vehicle back out of it when you sell it unless we're talking about a restored classic car or something.

canada_man 11-11-2012 11:48 PM

not even in Canada would you pay that much for an xj. Ayayay. I like how it says "basically redone"

SILENT_SOUL 11-12-2012 01:56 AM

No offense to anyone on here but jeeps seemed to be owned be a couple different social groups:

-Rich kids
-Trail guys
-And guys like my uncle who are a life long bacheoler who loves the outdoors

there are of course others but I think I know which social group he is trying to sell too lol.

OEJ 11-12-2012 05:47 AM

fvkin crack head. at most 5500. he doesnt even mention milage.

caged 11-12-2012 07:09 AM

if everything is brand spankin new with no mileage, it's not that far off.
but he's adding in a little much for the jeep itself.

this one's bought, not built.

cubfan 11-12-2012 07:51 AM

Ya this is just priced way too high, why would he ever even think he could sell it for this?

That's probably exactly how much he is into it "professionally done" sounds like "I paid a shop" warn winches and pre made tire carrier bumpers aren't cheap. A full size spare. He probably got gouged on the gear install too. :D

I could see someone paying about $8k for it. Not where I'm at. But maybe in his area lol

Edit

Does that warm rear bumper really cover the reverse lights like that?

motorcharge 11-12-2012 08:09 AM

Mileage could play a huge factor, but it's more likely he's trying to recoup the costs of having a shop doing everything for him.

Half that at best unless it's well under 100k miles and extremely clean.
