Default Need some help to post pictures

Hi, I seem to be having a problem posting pictures. Everytime i try, a message appears saying......"The Dimension limits for this filetype are 700 x 700. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 1264 x 944.". If someone knows how one would go about changing the dimensions of a file, could you please share. Thanks.

Go on photobucket and open an account. It's free. You can save, re-size, share, and post photos on forums (or to a phone) as often as you want.

the only downfall to photobucket is your pictures go away after a while.

I have been using photobucket.com for the last 3 years, have over 1500 pics and a few vids, of just my heep, resizes pics for web forums and never lost a pic yet, if you file them right in albums.

I haven't had a problem with photobucket either. Sometimes if you "share" a pic from someone elses album that hasn't been active in awhile, that pic may disappear after you post it. JMO

open the image up in MS paint and make it smaller.
then upload to whatever host site you use and try again.
