Figured I would share this picture with everyone since I just spent a couple hundred dollars on chassis saver and hundreds of hours redoing the floors on my jeep for this wonderful result of a finish that will pretty much blow off in the wind.

That's crazy I have used chassis saver on a couple projects and the underside of my xj is covered in it! I have had it peel like that but only when the surface prep was not done well or it has come into contact with oil or grease, I had it peel on my axles when brake fluid sat on it but that's it let me know when you get to the bottom of the problem! Also after I clean the metal with a wire wheel on a grinder I spray it with an industrial degreaser if you want to try that?

I'm gonna try another coat tomorrow and see how it goes but all the new floor pans I have used a 40 grit flap disc on to create the roughest surface possible without sandblasting. And I use MEK for a final cleaning.
