Might be back into this scene again with a 95 jeep cherokee 2 door sport-------------
I have had a couple Cherokees in the past and am now most likely going to be the owner of a 2 door 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport with the I-6 4.0, 4wd, selec trac.
Here is the ad that was on the internet for the Jeep that I am going to be purchasing. My question is, does any of these new items look suspicious as far as why they might have been replaced or is this all just good things?
U Joints in the front axle shafts
Brake rotors with Hawk Performance Pads
Front Bilstein Shocks
Front driver side wheel bearing
Sway bar links
New Tires
New front windsheild, it had a crack in it when I got it.
Exhaust manifold
Intake & Exhaust manifold gasket obviously
Heater bypass valve
Water Pump
Thermostat + housing and temp switch
Radiator
Every one of the coolant hoses
Accel Cap and Rotor
Plugs
Wires
Map Sensor
Fuel Filter
Transmission Filter & Gasket
New starter
New Moog sway bar to frame bushings
New oil pressure switch
Yellow top Optima battery
the guy I'm purchasing this cherokee off of also said he has a extra head that is being ported and polished. I asked if he had the extra head cause maybe the cherokee I might be getting off of him overheated or somthing, but he said it never overheated. so maybe this was just a extra item that he had as a preventitive measure???
Whats everyones opinions, this a good year cherokee?

I would say it's a good year, porting and polishing heads is a performance thing, maybe he was thinking of strokin it?? He could've been **** about all the stuff he replaced, or maybe it was nickel & dimeing him?? Good luck. coach
