Mall rated stickers
I am looking to find the mall rated stickers if anyone where to get some, have searched and even googled and can only find a few instances of the stickers. Any help would be great!

Hate to show the green around my ears with my noob status, but what is up with the "mall rated" thing? I like the decal, just don't know exactly what it means.
