My son’s 1997 Cherokee sport needs new paint. I’m going to trim fenders, fix some corrosion and the. Paint it the original color. We plan to leave the molding off. I could really use a list of parts and numbers for things that should get replaced during the process. I can look some of them up but I’m hoping somebody already has a list. I can think of:

all window seals
all door seals
side window trim
anything else?

Also both this xJ and my other sons 88 xj have cracked windshields. Are there options here? Any tint/coating options?

Are there any parts yards nearby? Youd be surprised at what you can find there. Even rubber pieces.
