just learnen
my inlaw got a jeep chrokee head gasket blew
so we replaced it two weeks ago it blowes coolent out in over flow
some one told him might have put it on backwards
so we pulled it apart again
thing were done right first time
pulled and checked water pump looks good
read your form about burping but dont know how to do this
any info on how to do this and how do you change to an open system?

More info would be helpful. New head? JY head? Did it overheat? Etc.

sorry took so long to repost, work.
head was fine, gasket was on right.
T stat ok.
Had a bad rad cap water not going to over flow proper.
fixed temp gauge told us not over heating
just had to burp the d- thing 3 times to get it to air out.
some times its the little things that jump up and bite you the hardest.
