Have no idea of past service record, I am sure it has been doing a lot of sitting around, what would you recommend in terms of fluid changes, and or flushes? Thanks

I would change every fluid that there is. The one thing about buying a very low mileage vehicle is that you can't tell how long it was sitting for before you picked it up. I would pull the valve cover and see if there is any surface rust forming on the rocker arms. Was the jeep in a garage out of the elements? Where are you located? I would look for rust and check electrical and ground connections too.

Fresh gas, maybe some BG44k through the gas tank, and grease all the grease nips.

Agree with the above. Oil/diff fluids, change em' out. Couple things;

Drain some transmission fluid (Dex III) using the drain plug. You won't drain it dry, it will just remove a quart or so. Add back the amount you removed then drive it around for a week and repeat. Do that 3 times or so and you will have changed out the fluid hassle free and w/o risk of major shock to the system.

The cooling system on Cherokees can be iffy. A flush and fill is a good idea. Low pressure, nice and easy but if it's been sitting or rarely used I'd get new coolant in it.

Something i have always done,When i bought something used but new to me i do a full tune up a new battery and change all fluids from the oil to even the brake and power steering.This way i know everything that should be changed has been and its got a clean start so no break downs or problems.

Plus change the gear lube in the differentials also, if fact a couple of oil/filter changes in the first 1500mi. would be a good idea to clean it up also.

When cleaning/flushing the cooling system don't forget the heater core as well.
