what year cherokee and what kind of radiator? i have seen cars eat radiators and the reason was the cooling system needed its own ground wire. also, what kind of coolant and what mix? any mods to the jeep?

IS it cracking the plastic tanks or is the actual core rotting through?

If its blowing tanks then you have some other issue causing the high temp and pressure that is killing the radiator. possibly a leaking head gasket.

It seems pretty odd that the dealer just keeps throwing in a new rad every time instead of fixing the root cause of the problem.
