Default jack question

I have a 3 inch lift on my XJ running 30's....would the stock jack be effective or should I look into getting a hi lift jack?

Hi-lifts are more for use in certain offroad situations. Definately a good tool to have in your arsenal, but not as effective as a floor jack for changing a tire.

Keep the stock jack. It lifts higher than most Hydraulic bottle jacks. Best tire changing Jack you can get. Get a floor jack for maintanance and a Hi-Lift for Off-Road use.
