Default idle hiccup on cold start

When I start up after its sat awhile it idles decent for a minute then kinda stutters and rpm drop for a second. Then tge rpms kick back up and it seems to do okay. Also if I shift right after starting it does it as well.

New fuel filter and pump. New tps and map. Cleaned the iac awhile back. Also new plugs and wires.

Should I throw a new iac in? Is there something else that has those symptoms?

In order to eliminate your problem possibly being the IAC you need to get the throttle body clean. If you cleaned only the IAC and not where it's seats in the t/b the IAC still may not be working properly. If you remove the IAC you may as well do an ohms test to see if it's within spec.

IAC ohms test:
Pin sequence;
A B C D

A to D/B to A = 40 to 80 ohms

B to C/C to D = open
