Default Ideas for my xj, lifts and tires? On a tight budget

Hey guys I just bought a 2 door 4x4 stock. and wanted some ideas on lifts and tires the best for the price. I was thinking a rough country 3" but didn't know if I had any better option for $250. Or let me know about a good budget lift.

I've heard good stuff about zone off road..

If you want to piece your lift together, you can avoid getting shocks in the lift kit, and just put some shocks from a yj wrangler in front and an mj commanche in back. they are about 2-3" longer and will work w/a lift.

I did the 3 in rc lift... but added 1.5 inch coil spacers up front and 1.5 inch drop shackles in the rear total spent was 350.

Butts for tires.... they are just plain expensive.... I say a set of 31s for a 3 inch and 33s for 4.5 but that's just me Haha.
