Default I finally got to wheel my ZJ

I did it! I did it! Finally go to wheel my ZJ after owning it for almost a month. It impressed the poo out of me, it is stock with 225/70/15s. 3 Cooper cobra gt radials, 1 Sumitomo sport tire and I didn't get stuck. 4" RC lift and a set of 285/70/16s going on it on Sunday. I'm as giddy as a school girl. Hope with the lift and tires I don't drag everywhere like I did today. After the lift gets put on I think I'll order a gas tank skid, transfercase skid, and stage 2or3 rocksliders from JCR. Anybody know if they are good or not I don't wanna spend the money and wish I didn't.

Once my tires hit the dirt, I feel different, it's a great feeling. I like knowing that I'm not confined to pavement.

Today was the most fun I've had in a while. It has been a long time, 3 years or so, since I have gotten to wheel in a vehicle the last one was my K5 on 36" swampers and today was way better than that. This thing rides so nice, its like wheelin a caddy. Think I might sell my 4wheeler to mod the Jeep more.

I do have the bug thats for sure. I've had it for years. Today was extra cool because I got to take my little girl with me, she had a blast. I sold my K5 when she came along, now we get to build this Jeep together. She already helped me redo the headliner and put a blendoor motor and radio in it.

Don't kids make it all more fun ,,gave my boys a grinder and 8lb sledge and let them go to town on the fenders ,,they did away with the 2'' piece between the back tire and back door...no more cut tires

Its definitely more fun. I think I'll have to wait a while before she gets to do anything with a grinder she's not quite 3 yet, but one day...one day
