How to unlock my account to post in buy/sell/trade

I have been waiting to post something in the "buy/sell/trade" in the area specifically since my join date of 01-01-2014.

Do I need 1,000 posts, or is there some kind of 5 year minimum.

Classifieds section is for members of the community to buy/sell with other members of the community. Craigslist doesn't have a minimum post requirement.
