mines technically not murdered out all in black, but i did go for red paint and black everything else.

She'll be getting tinted taillights, corners, and if i get projectors ill tint the headlights. Then bedline the lower lower body line and repaint all the plastic pieces with bedliner......OH and go -5 on the tint (or +5 cant remember which way it goes lol)

two things.
1. Goo Gone
2. *most important* 3M eraser wheel

You can find Goo Gone almost anywhere and I found the 3M eraser wheel at O'Reileys, not everywhere has them. Now the wheel costs like $30 bucks but believe me turning a hour and a half long job into a 15 minute job is worth every penny. It goes in a drill, but there may be a cheaper alternative that someone else sells. It's a pinstripe/adhesive remover and its essentially looks like a rubber cheese wheel lol

EDIT: But if you just want your trim and caps and such to be jet black then either get some Mothers Back to Black and put like 4 applications on (takes a few to get it black then it stays for like 2 months) OR some people on here have used a heat gun with success

When I did my truck I considered using that stuff, until the auto place I was going to buy some showed me how it turned out. There was an employee who had the bed of his truck done and while it was holding up well, it had faded to a light brown/gray color. I used Herculiner on my whole truck and two of my friends also used it on their vehicles. It turned out much better both times than the duplicolor IMO.
