This is my dd so any suggestions for lower control arms? I want max flex but not kill road manners. Id like to be able to cruise on highway at about 65.

If you want the BEST of the BEST lower arms go with ironman4x4 lowers. They are crazy.

Those ironmans do look crazy. But whats the second best cause there more than i wanna spend. Trying to keep it under 200 for flex ones.

get you the highest clearance armor you can.. belly skid, cutout rocker sliders.. i used angle iron for my sliders, and didn't lose any clearance. you can do them for about $25.

they arent the strongest, but i have hit them hard, and they have held up. if and when they bend, i will cut the rockers at that point and replace w/tube.

i also have the ironman4x4 arms w/flex bushings. they actually flex really nice for bushings. better than any other bushing, and better on-road feel than joints.

you can fit 33" on a 3" lift w/bumpstopping and trimming. i see no reason to go taller.

Mix ATF and Acetone, 50/50, and spray the bolts and leave them for a bit. Works much better than other penetrating oils.

If the bolts are seized in the shackles just use an air hammer to cut through the welds on the shackles and pry them off with a pry bar. Bushings should be pretty much gone by that point or at least destroyed enough that the bolts should come out. Mines a 92 with original bolts and I did my rear end (2" shackles) in maybe half an hour.
