How hot is it running? First you have to make sure your cooling system is working properly. If its not, then the previously mentioned mods will only help for a little while until the problem gets worse.

-Make sure your coolant is full and a nice green color. Never hurts to flush out the system.

-Make sure all components are working properly: waterpump, thermostat, fan clutch, electric fan.

With everything in working order your jeep should not run too hot. These are known for running a bit warm, but with everything in good shape it shouldn't be a problem. I replaced a few parts in my cooling system that were worn out last summer and the whole summer I think it went above 210* twice, and was brought back down by the e-fan. Once all parts are in good shape, you can wire the electric fan to turn on manually as a BACKUP incase you need it. Its a good mod to have incase your jeep does start to run hot.
